The first step at realizing the dream of home ownership starts by obtaining a formal pre-approval.

 

The pre-approval process is simple and quick. By providing just a few documents, we will determine your ability to obtain financing to purchase your next property.

 

The pre-approval is an excellent tool that helps determine how much a person is qualified to borrow, identifies loan products that meet their needs and determines the amount of cash necessary for the transaction. 

 

As a courtesy to our clients, the initial pre-approval is complimentary. Our goal is to earn your trust and build a lasting relationship.

 

Below is a list of the required documents to initiate the pre-approval. These documents may be faxed or emailed to our office and one of our loan officers will contact you personally to walk you through the process. 

 

Please note that these documents are necessary for each person applying for financing.

 

 

SALARIED APPLICANTS

Copy of Drivers License/ Valid Passport

(Resident Alien Card if applicable)

Copies of 2 months most recent bank statements

(Savings, Checking, Retirement, Money Market)

Copy of Social Security Card

Copies of 2 Most Recent Pay Stubs

2 Years Most Recent Tax Returns

(All Pages including W-2 | Previous 2 Years)
